Catalyst’s securities practice group provides general corporate advice and regulatory counsel at all levels and for clients in various stages of development. We draw upon the knowledge and experience of our attorneys in the areas of public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, the registration requirements pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933, and the reporting requirement pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
